REVENTO engineer performing tailor-made ECU and TCU calibration on a performance vehicle in Marbella

CUSTOM ECU CALIBRATION MARBELLA

TAILOR-MADE
ECU & TCU CALIBRATION

DEVELOPED FROM YOUR VEHICLE’S OWN DATA

Every vehicle responds differently.

REVENTO develops each ECU and TCU calibration using measured vehicle data, hardware configuration, fuel quality and the driver’s performance objectives.

Available for performance vehicles in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol.

MEASURED RESPONSE

Every adjustment is guided by recorded vehicle data, followed by testing and validation under real operating conditions.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature, intake temperature, fuel quality and real-world load conditions are taken into account.

The engine, ECU & TCU references, software versions and installed performance components are evaluated together.

VEHICLE CONFIGURATION

Throttle response, torque delivery and power progression are adapted to the vehicle’s intended use and the driver’s preferences.

REAL-WORLD VEHICLE DATA

DRIVER OBJECTIVES

DATA-DRIVEN PRECISION, BUILT AROUND
YOUR VEHICLE

Performance car during a road test to record real-world driving data.

Every Tailor-Made Calibration begins with a detailed assessment of the vehicle, its software, hardware configuration and operating condition. Real-world data is then recorded under load to understand how the engine and transmission respond.

Our engineer analyses these measurements to refine torque delivery, throttle response, boost, fueling, ignition and transmission behaviour. Each adjustment is developed around the vehicle’s measured response, performance objectives and mechanical limits, then tested and validated.

The Revento Method

Calibration Process

A structured six-step development process, from vehicle identification and secure ECU access to real-world data recording and final validation.

  • Technician inspecting a vehicle to identify its engine control unit.

    01 - ECU / TCU Identification

Identification of the control unit, software and

    hardware versions, and vehicle references.

  • Diagnostic software displayed during a vehicle ECU unlocking procedure.

    02 - ECU Unlocking

Secure ECU access and professional unlocking when required before the original software can be read.

  • Vehicle electronics and diagnostic equipment used for ECU and TCU calibration.

03 - REAL WORLD DATA LOGGING

Engine and transmission parameters are recorded under load to establish the vehicle’s measured response.

  • Vehicle electronics and diagnostic equipment used for ECU and TCU calibration.

    04 - Calibration Development

Tailored calibration development, followed by test drives

and additional data recording to refine the result.

  • Vehicle and diagnostic display during final calibration checks.

    05 - Final Checks & Validation

Final parameter review, result validation and secure

    backup of the completed calibration.
