DistriProTech GmbH, trading as REVENTO, is hereinafter referred to as “REVENTO”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

Vehicle registration plates, VIN numbers or other identifying information may constitute Personal Data and will therefore be handled accordingly.

Where required, REVENTO will obtain consent before using material capable of identifying a Customer for promotional or marketing purposes.

Customers may inform REVENTO if they do not want their vehicle used for promotional content.

Consent for promotional use may be withdrawn at any time for future use by contacting:

Withdrawal will not affect processing already lawfully carried out before the withdrawal request.

18. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Where REVENTO uses third-party payment providers, payment information may be transmitted directly to those providers.

REVENTO does not need to store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled directly by an authorised payment provider.

Payment providers process Personal Data according to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

19. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some service providers may process Personal Data outside Germany or the European Economic Area.

Where Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, REVENTO will take appropriate measures to ensure a level of protection consistent with the GDPR.
